Rules:

1st Payment - Paid to driver via Comcard upon 1st dispatch out of orientation.
2nd Payment - Paid on first regular paycheck/end of 2nd week for contractors*
Subsequent payments made according to schedule above on regular payroll/settlement dates.**
Net bonus pay to drivers would be less FICA and other required taxes.
Teams - Must be full team, not hobby teams. Minimum qualifier for each bonus payment beyond 30 day = 15,000 per month.

NOTE: This does not apply to local, shuttle, or Home Run Fleet operations.
